How JobWave Works
We do not host job applications natively. Instead, we act as an informational bridge:

- Review: Listings are reviewed before publication.

- Apply: Users apply directly through the official employer portal or designated application destination.
How Jobs Are Sourced
Opportunities on JobWave are sourced from public company careers pages, professional networks like LinkedIn, trusted tech communities, and direct submissions. We ensure every listing is manually vetted by our editorial team to confirm it points to a real, active role.
How Jobs Are Reviewed
Before a job is published, it goes through an internal review process. We verify the existence of the company, check that the application link is functional and points to a legitimate destination (such as an ATS or direct company domain), and ensure the job description provides clear requirements.
How Expired Listings Are Handled
Job availability changes rapidly. Every job on our platform has an expiration lifecycle. When a listing passes its expected expiration date or is reported as closed by our community, its status is automatically changed to "Expired." We do not pretend expired jobs are active; they are clearly marked so you don't waste time applying to closed roles.

Transparency is important to us. Please note:
